What to Expect:

  • Check-in 15 min before departure at the location on the map.
  • Enjoy a 15-minute boat ride out to Cloud 9 
  • Experience what Cloud 9 has to offer for 2.5 hours.  
  • Cruise on back to Plantation for evening activities 
  • The total Duration is 3 hours, including travel time.

Our usual departure is 2 pm-5 pm 

Morning Departure time 10:30 AM- 1:30PM ( please enquire)

       -Morning sessions are used if we have pending weather conditions that interfere with our scheduled time in the afternoon, pending availability with Cloud 9.

  • CLOUD 9 has a strict policy of no children under ten years old
  • Some important things to note before going out to Cloud 9:

           -Bring sunscreen, towels, swimwear, sunglasses, and a sense of adventure!
           -Card only, NO CASH
           -Do not bring your own food and drinks. - Please enjoy delicious pizzas and sandwiches made with love by their      team. This helps support their small   business
          -Please advise our team if you have any special dietary requirements; it helps to let us know in advance (e.g., GF, LF)
         -Snorkel gear – 30 pieces are available to use out there

  • Departure is subject to operate with a minimum of six adult fares.
  • NOTE: subject to be amended to another day  if minimum numbers are not met
  • Check-in is 15 minutes before departure at the location provided on the map.

  • Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces.
  • 10-12 years is considered a child
  • All fares are in Fijian dollars and include local government taxes.
  • All of our bookings are subject to availability.
  • Please note there is a surcharge of 1.9% for the booking fee and a 4% bank surcharge for the value of the trip. In case of cancellation by either party at any point in time, the 1.9% and 4% charged remain non-refundable 


Dulcinea Cancellation Policy:

Please organise your travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances if cancellation falls outside the flexible period.


  • Refundable up to 48 hours before departure*
  • Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund *
  • No-show: non-refundable, so please show up on time *
  • Non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours.
  • Up to 50% refund to be approved by management - upon rendering a medical certificate

    *(Refunds are less the 4% bank surcharge plus online booking fee which is 1.9% of the value of the trip for online payments)


Cancellations by the Company:

The Company does not cancel tours due to light rain. In the event of cancellation due to an emergency or the happening of any event over which the Company has no control (including adverse weather conditions), we will contact you via the email address you provided at the time of booking and offer you the choice of an alternative date or a refund. Should you cancel over 24 hours before departure due to adverse weather reports, we will attempt to reschedule you for another day. Should this be impossible due to your holiday schedule, then a full refund will be issued, less the 1.9% booking fee and 4% bank surcharge of the value of the trip.

Refund Policy:

Online Payments: 

Should refunds be issued, refunds are less the 4% bank surcharge plus the online booking fee, which is 1.9% of the value of the trip. Please note that refunds can take 7-14 business days. 

Refund will be made to the same mode of payment (same card that completed the purchase)

Room charge: If charged to your room, request a credit note from the Booking office or Dulcinea office. (The front office can not issue a refund without approval).
