Sand Bank Snorkel

Take a short boat ride to our nearby Sand Bank, a beautiful white sandy atoll that appears as the tide drops ⛱️

Spend around one hour swimming, snorkelling, taking photos, exploring the shallows, or simply enjoying the clear Mamanuca waters before cruising back. Travel time is approximately eight minutes each way.

This is an easy island-style adventure for families, beginners, confident snorkellers, and children with parent or guardian supervision ☀️

The Sand Bank is tide-dependent, so the final location, timing, and activity may vary on the day.

Check in 30 minutes before departure at the location shown in your booking details.

Enjoy an approximately eight-minute boat ride to the Sand Bank or another suitable nearby Inner Reef location.

Spend around one hour swimming, snorkelling, exploring the shallows, taking photos, or enjoying the sandbank area where conditions allow.

Return by boat with an approximately eight-minute cruise back to Plantation Island.

The Sand Bank is tide-dependent and may not be visible or accessible at all times.

Departure is subject to a minimum of 10 adult fares.

The final location, timing, route, and activity may change based on tide, weather, visibility, current, sea conditions, vessel availability, and safety assessment on the day.

Snorkelling is vessel-supervised and is not a guided in-water tour unless specifically stated.

Guests must stay within the designated activity area, return to the vessel when instructed, and follow all Captain and Crew directions.

Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

Snorkel equipment is not included. Guests may bring their own equipment or arrange hire through the Activities Bure, subject to availability.

Online bookings incur a 1.9% Rezdy booking fee.

Card payments incur a 4% credit card surcharge.

These fees are added at checkout, are not included in the advertised tour fare, and are non-refundable once paid.

All fares are in Fijian Dollars and include applicable government taxes.

Prices may change due to fuel costs, government charges, or operational costs outside the control of Dulcinea Charters.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure may receive a full refund of the tour fare paid, less any non-refundable booking, card, or payment-processing fees.

Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before departure may receive a 50% refund of the tour fare paid.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Medical cancellations may be considered for a refund of up to 50% of the tour fare paid when supported by a valid medical certificate. Approval is at the discretion of Dulcinea Charters management.

If Dulcinea Charters cancels the tour due to weather, tide, unsafe sea conditions, minimum numbers, vessel availability, or another operational or safety concern, guests may be offered a reschedule, credit, suitable alternative tour, or refund of the tour fare paid.

Booking, card, and payment-processing fees remain non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

Online Payments: 

Should refunds be issued, refunds are less the 4% bank surcharge plus the online booking fee, which is 1.9% of the value of the trip. Please note that refunds can take 7-14 business days. 

Refund will be made to the same mode of payment (same card that completed the purchase)

Room charge: If charged to your room, request a credit note from the Booking or Dulcinea office. (The front office can not issue a refund without approval) .
